Architectural Design Features

The development features a cluster of modern commercial towers with striking glass curtain wall facades that reflect the innovative spirit of the technology park. Bridging structures and sky gardens connect selected towers at upper levels, creating dynamic vertical circulation and communal spaces. Materials and Craftsmanship

LHA Models crafted this Architectural Scale Model using premium acrylic, ABS, and metal components with precision laser cutting and CNC machining technology. The curtain wall facades were rendered using etched acrylic sheets with reflective coatings to simulate glass performance. The model includes detailed landscape elements with miniature vegetation, water bodies, and hardscape materials. Programmable LED lighting systems illuminate building interiors, landscape areas, and circulation paths, enabling both day and night presentation modes.
